This is my second time ordering from this company. The first unit was a bob lace frontal. I love how easy it was for me to bleach and apply unit myself, I love how soft the hair is. The only conn is that the hair does shed after bleaching and washing nots. I bought a 20 inch and it seemed more like 18inch but instill love the hair. Great unit for beginners just getting started in wearing and applying wigs.
