very thick so I had to thin it out and cut just a tiny bit off of the bangs. it is beautiful doesnt tangle easily. i recommend. also if you are going to thin it DONT USE REGULAR SCISSORS!!!! it will ruin the wig use thinning shears and dont cut the top area (hair part) or the sides
