I ordered a 10-inch closure and I received a 7-inch closure. The hair was VERY thin at the bottom of the closure. This company has 75-day buyer protection but the problem is customers have to also pay for shipping the defective items back to the seller. I paid $15.7 for shipping the item to me and I will have to pay $30.00 ($30 was the lowest I found to ship to China) to ship the item back to the seller. So I will have paid a total of $45 plus in shipping and the closure only cost $52.08. I am sure the seller is hoping I get discouraged because of the shipping fees.
